Data102 has begun rolling out combination locks to many cabinets throughout our facilities, and encourage customers to utilize them when available. Please see the combination lock reset method listed below, so that you know exactly how, and how NOT, to reset your combo lock.
** Note ** If you change the combination to your cabinet and do not notify Data102 to update our records, and then ask for a cabinet unlock or combo reset, you will be billed for 1 hour of labor as the fix-a-lost-combo procedure is labor intensive.
