Reset the Handset to Factory Defaults
- In a web browser on a computer on the same network as the phone, browse to the phone's IP address.
- Log in as admin and enter the password 456 or 7627
- Navigate to Utilities > Phone Backup & Restore
- Underneath the "Global Settings" option, click "Restore phone to factory settings"->Restore
- The phone should reboot back into factory settings
Configure Provisioning Via the Website
- In a web browser on a computer on the same network as the phone, browse to the phone's IP address.
- Log in as admin and enter the password 456 or 7627
- Navigate to Settings > Provisioning Server.
- From the Server Type drop-down, select HTTPS.
- In the Server Address field, enter the Option9 Polycom Provisioning Server address: https://ndp1-cos.option9.net/cfg/
- Hit Save, and the handset should reboot and auto-provision.
Configure Provisioning Via the Handset Menu Directly
- Press the Menu button, navigate to Settings then Advanced
- Type in the password, default is "456" or "7627"
- Navigate to Admin Settings>Network Configuration>Server menu
- Change "Server Type" to HTTP
- Enter the "Server Address" as http://ndp1-cos.option9.net/cfg/
- Exit and Save, the phone should reboot
