Call Recording – Office Manager

This is steps for an office manager to locate and download another user’s call recording.  You may also use this just to listen to it.

 Sign into your portal- example= wootwoot.option9.net

1. Locate the user- extension 1002

 

2. Click on the mask button.

3. Once you are masquerading as the extension click on Call History

 

4. Select the date or dates in question.

 

5. Find the call in question.

6. Click on the middle button, it looks like an arrow and a drive.

 

7. Save to your computer.
