Option9 Supports various N11 dial codes. Here is our N11 Code Support currently as of 12/19/18:
211 - Not working - community information and referral services
411 - Disabled - information/directory - intentionally disabled for most dial plans
511 - Not working - National Transportation Service (unable to complete)
711 - Working - Telecom Relay Service
811 - Working - Call before you dig / utilities
911 - Working - Emergency
