Getting your voicemail up, working and customized is a snap. Follow these easy instructions to get setup and working quickly!
- Dial in to the voicemail system using your VoIP phone
- Press the "Messages," "Voicemail," or similar button on your handset
- Or, dial *95
- Enter your voicemail password/PIN code at the prompt.
- Press 0 for mailbox options, to set things up!
- Then, choose from the following options:
- Press 1 to change your Unavailable Message.
- Your unavailable message is played when your phone rings but you do not answer it, or if your phone is set to Do Not Disturb.
- Example: "Hi, you have reached <your name> with <your company>. I'm not available to take your call; please leave a message after the tone and I will get back to you!"
- Press 2 to change your Busy Message
- Your Busy Message is played when you are currently on the phone and you do not answer or reject a call.
- Example: "Hi, you have reached <your name> with <your company>, but I am currently on the other line. Please leave a message and I will contact you back."
- Press 3 to update your name
- If you do not record an Unavailable or Busy Message, and it would play one of those, it will instead play your recorded name.

- Press 4 to modify your temporary greeting.
- You can put a temporary greeting in place in the case that you are on vacation or a similar short-term away scenario. This is played instead of your Unavailable message.

- Press 5 to change your voicemail password or PIN.
