Efaxing is a fantastic feature that we offer alongside our MagnaVoIP phone service. Here are some basics about our efax service that you should know.
1. EFaxes are delivered to the User's email address, as configured in the User's Edit User profile.
2. EFaxes are only accepted from the listed email addresses, as configured in the Extension -> Phone Terminal Setup screen.
3. If you email an EFax to us, we will send a confirmation message. The user MUST click the link in that message to schedule our system to send the fax. This is to prevent fake/fraud/spam faxes.
3. EFaxes will continually be re-tried until they are accepted.
